Not So Sure About Product Status

hi. i've just bought the BitDefender Internet Security 2008, purchasing 3 users protection for a year license. i've installed, registered using the key provided in license certificate and update. but when i registered the product in bitdefender website, i found out that under ' My Products' section, status of the product is "key not acticated yet". i don't understand. i thought i activated it already. hope to hear some explanation. thanks
