Fully Unblock 2 Programs (or Sites For Them To Work In)

Since installing Bitdefender Total Security 2016 I’ve been having an awful time with my two keyboard macro programs (Keyboard Express and ShortKeys), namely, they don't work in any browser. Both programs -- initially blocked -- are now in the Trusted list, but are still ignored in Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Edge.

I realize this is almost certainly intended as a protection against keyloggers, but the result is unacceptable overkill. Since all activity by these programs is blocked in browsers, I can't even use them to type non-security-sensitive things like blog comments, Gmail, etc.

I spend at least 25% of my day typing things like email text. I've used these programs for that for over 10 years and can't do without them. How can I exempt specific sites or URLs from this block? If I can't get this to happen, I'll have to abandon Bitdefender for a different solution.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello,

To further look into this we need a sample of the blocked programs.

Please fill in this form and we will get back to you via email in about 24-48h:

    Thank you!

OK. Are you saying I should send you the installers?? Those would be about 25MB total. Probably smarter to send the URLs for the downloadable trial versions, which are full-featured, so that's what I've done. However, you will likely need a bit more info from me about how to use them, unless someone there is already familiar. (They're both pretty straightforward.)

    Thanks,
