Firewall Blocking Printer And Network Drive Access

I use the Bitdefender total security 2016 and discovered that I could not print from my laptop or access my network drives...

I use Bitdefender in combination with Windows 8.1

I figured out that disabling the Firewall Rules solves the problem but cannot find anything in the rules that blocks the access...

Any suggestions (I have the adapter on No Stealth etc.) ??

Hi Georgia,

thanks for the responds but when I try to "click" the link there pops-up a new window in which I should first select the product but I can't click anywhere in the fields...

If I do a search for "my-wireless-printer-is-not-working" I find the right article in the search results but when I click on that link I get the same pop-up.

So I'm stuck... See attachement.
