Problem Updating Bitdefender Antivirus 2008

I just update my bitdefender from v10 to 2008 antivir, before, i can update my antivirus perfectly, until it's license expired. Then, i decide to buy 2008 antivir, but everytime i try to update, it say

update Error:

Could not connect to the update server

Please check your internet connection and try again

I have check the hosts file in my system, and contain only one entry about localhost

I have disabled all my firewall (NVidia firewall), i use Nvidia motherboard.

I have also checked windows firewall (i turn it off)

I try the other server (upgrade2.bitdefender.com, upgrade1, update and upgrade3), and in my browser, it's written Forbidden, access denied

I also try to repair, and uninstall, but still don't solve the problem

in my account page, it's written four value which are:

BitDefender Antivirus 2008 = Evaluating

BitDefender Antivirus 2008 = Key not activated yet

BitDefender Antivirus v10 = Expired

BitDefender Antivirus v10 = Evaluation version expired

I also allow livesrv.exe and upgrepl.exe in windows firewall, and all of those doesn't solve.

I also try to ping the upgrade server, and they reply.

Any idea how to solve this? or could it be that all bitdefender server is down?

p.s; I use bitdefender 10 before, and has no problem regarding updating antivirus, but after i update to this one, it can't update.
