Welcome to the club. My protection level is always only "Good" because I have a number of exceptions configured in BD (excluding Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Premium and Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Premium).
If you hover over the word "good", then a popup will appear that will tell you the basis on which BD determined that your protection level was "Good", instead of "Excellent."
I can live with it.

You don't need to do anything this report is just showing you how well protection worked for you, exceptions configured in will drop it down to "good" as Phil explained.
