Has anyone encountered a problem with the Mobile Security these days when trying to scan the Android phone. When reaching around 70% of scanning It shows me "Scan failed. Error code: 0". Also can't connect to Bitdefender Central.
You can try this: go to phone's Settings -> Apps -> Antivirus -> Storage and then Clear Data. Login again in BMS and check if the scan completes successfully.
As it seemed was an internal problem with Bitdefender servers and today it fixed itself.
By the way, I have tried clearing cache and also deinstaled and installed again but I was having the same problem on two phones, e.g. huawei(testing with reinstalment)and Samsung having the old application.
