I keep getting notifications from bitdefender, that the bitdefender process support.exe is a security risk, and I should quarantine it. However ridiculous that is, I quarantined it in the end, just to be saved from the notifications.

There is no support.exe in the product. The only thing close to it is the SupportTool.exe that is digitally signed and it's impossible to be seen as a security risk.
Please submit the sample so that our laboratories can see what happened.
