Forums Not Easy To Find Help In

I am having a hard time finding relevant help. The main forum headings are very broad and so finding help for my specific product or problem is difficult.

I cannot make a search on my product using the search terms "Bitdefender Internet Security v10" because the "v10" is less than the 4-character minimum allowed.

I cannot make a search on my specific error message "Unable to connect to scanner" because of the 4-character minimum and have to alter the search to "Unable connect scanner", but the results are a hodgepodge of unrelated problems, many of which have nothing to do with "scanner".

I wish I could go to the "Bitdefender Internet Security v10 Forum" or maybe to the "Error Messages Forum", but they doesn't exist.

Just my thoughts.

Hello Vikkee,

Try to use Google to search for topics. It shows a more relevant list of results.

For instance, I searched for what you described ("Unable to connect to scanner" BitDefender Internet Security v10 site:forum.bitdefender.com) and the only result that came up was a link to this topic.
