Yes, it is the new version and yes it does support Windows 10.
The BETA stage is not full blown open beta, some kinks need to be ironed out before we go full open.
As such please ignore the Windows support page as it needs to be adapted to the latest beta release that supports Windows 10.

@shmu26 the product also has a local engine and signature database for such situations, although is advisable to keep it connected to the internet for a more accurate detection.
@Mark T Most likely not, it depends on what changes will be added on the final release, as some of them might require a fresh reinstall.0 -
