Missing Gzflt.sys File
I am running Windows 7 64 bit that will not boot because of a corrupted gzflt.sys file. The Windows utility is unable to repair the file so I'm unable to boot from the Hard Drive. I do have a Windows recovery disc and can not boot from that because I need the above file to boot. I was playing around with options and got into bitdefender safe mode and clicked on it but do not know where to go from there. I clicked on something wrong, but then it worked just the same way as before. Can anyone help me? Also, if I can get the file somewhere, I can get into command prompt. Can someone let me know where or what or how I can insert the file so it will work. Or something like that. I am mildly to poorly computer literate. I know more than a lot of people but much less then probably those who are reading this. Thanks for any help.

Hello,
If you were able to go into Safe Mode please run the Bitdefender removal tool bellow to safely remove all entries, afterwards you should be able to boot into Normal mode.

After going back into Normal mode I highly suggest contacting our support too see what happened and get Bitdefender back on your machine.
