After automatic update to v11.0.17 it seems that scan exception list is being ignored. I've Remote Administrator 2.2 from Famatech installed on the protected PC, its home directory and r_server.exe are in scan exception list for both on-demand and on-access scanning. All was fine and BD didn't scan them until the update to 11.0.17 was applied. After update, BD instantly detected r_server.exe as Virtool.{somenumber} and deleted it (though the policy is Disinfect, Move to quarantine.) I tried reinstalling RAdmin, but it's being detected and deleted right in the home folder before the installer copies it into %SystemRoot%\System32. I rechecked the exception list, it definitely includes RAdmin home dir as well as %SystemRoot%\System32\r_server.exe and v11.0.16 obeyed the exception list and all was working just fine. I tried rebooting the PC to no effect. The only way I can get RAdmin working is when I disable Virus Shield, otherwise it ignores scan exceptions and scans and deletes RAdmin server executable no matter what.
I believe this is a regression introduced in 11.0.17 and would very much like it to be fixed. So far I was pretty satisfied with TS2008 and this single issue now ruins my experience. I need RAdmin running, and I can't have it running unless I disable Virus Shield, which is unacceptable for me.
