    Any samples you would like analysed should either be sent to customer support or uploaded as a password protected archive attached to a new topic on our Sample Submission Forum.

    Regarding your second request - I am sorry to say I can't figure out what exactly you want to do. Please try and explain.


    If you would like to do an offline update, you might try reading KB28 but I am sorry to say I am unable to verify if that data is still relevant to current products. Please contact customer support regarding this issue.
