Update Through Proxy Works With Ip Address But Not Hosname/dns Name
Hi,
i am using BTS2016 on Win10.
I noticed that if the hostname/DNS name of proxy server is used for update, bitdefender will throw error of -3 (update failed) but if IP address of the proxy server is used instead, update will be successful.
It seem that hostname/DNS resolution doesn't work with proxy server usage in BTS2016.
Why can't we use hostname/DNS name for the proxy server instead?
