I have used Bitdefender free for several years and have been very satisfied. Recently I began having a dozen or so infections detected every day. One thing I tried was to uninstall Bitdefender and install the new version which is Ver 1.0.2.21 Beta. At least it is the version I now have after regular updates. I suspected that the virus shield of my old version of Bitdefender had become corrupted and indeed that turned out to be the case. The current installation has found any remaining viruses and shielded me from all new viruses. So thank you. You have a great program.
