Hello,

A scan by Counterspy detected this trojan in the sens.dll file, but BD doesn't. I also let Ad-Aware scan my PC, but no trojan were found neither.

Is it then a false positive from the Counterspy scan, or is BD missing sth?

Yesterday I followed CS advice to remove this trojan, but my PC blocked during the reboot that followed.

I use BD Internet Security v10 (definitions uptodate) ; CS 3.1.2252 ; AD-Aware 2008 v. 7.1.0.10

Thanks in advance for advice.

I would like to add that I sent the file to virustotal ( http://www.virustotal.com/fr/ )

and only one tool (counterspy) detected a trojan in it (1/36)

So I suppose it's a false positive.

Pack the file(s) in a zip or rar archive with the password infected and attach it here. :)

It may be a false positive, because from my knowledge that file is a Sensaura 3D engine file used by the sound driver for environmental 3D sound in games.

  • The file is clean. No need for detection. It is a system file. :)

  • Many thanks!
