Can't activate my account

I've got a problem with my installation of Bitdefender Internet security 2017. I already installed this product on two computer.


But on the third, the installation worked but I can't activate my product. The window won't load. I already re-installed it two times.

    It would seem your machine is not meeting the minimum software requirements.


    Please update your Internet Explorer to at least version 10.
