Offline installer = WiFi or Satellite
Options
Not everyone has broadband dsl or cable or fiber. Comcast for example, in some areas, only sells Xfinity Wifi as a service (no cable). My next alternative would be Satellite .
All of which seems to timeout with your remote installer. Yet a simple download manager allows me to download Kaspersky, Avast, Comodo, Panda, Avira, etc ... etc. From which can easily then install.
