Whenever I open up Steam, I always get notifications from Bitdefender to allow the network or block it. I have enabled Steam through the firewall rules as allow, any network, any protocol etc. But I am still getting notifications. It wasnt like this with the 2014 version of Bitdefender I used to have so why can't it remember its rules?
