bought bitdefender 10/31/16 order number: 54597629 Invoice No. BI17221497.


when i try to activate it, i get message key already used to generate subscription.


is this a way to have customers pay twice?

    As the error states the code was already activated on a Central account.


    Please contact our support team using bitsy@bitdefender.com to assist with this situation. please provide them with the email housing your Central account and the order number.
