No Action Possible

Options

I ran a deep system scan on my computer. BD found two infected files and it says no action is possible. The log has been uploaded. I tried to get to the files manually, but it turns out the files don't exist!?!?!? In reference to the log, I can manually go up to the cache directory, then after that the file doesn't exist.

Any help please.

That file was downloaded from the internet while browsing. Bitdefender will protect you when accesing that file. The log states what the problem was. BitDefender couldn't update the archive in order to remove the file.

The easiest way to remove it is to clean your Firefox cache(in firefox->Tools->Clear Private Data.... uncheck everything except Cache and hit Clear Private data now).
