Lincensekey, Activation code lost

Hey, i bought bitdefender 2017 @ French website, i was able to download and instal it on my pc, several days later i got email that a license.-key our activationcode was included!


I deleted it. And forget to make note of my key, now i cant valid my Bitdefender because my key is lost


Send several emails, but still no solutions from Bitdefender, Dutch, France, Belgium.


 


What should i do?

    You should sent an email to: bitsy@bitdefender.com


    Tech/Sales Support will want you to provide as much information as you can to validate that you did purchase their product.  Once they are satisfied that you are legitimate owner, they will resolve your problem.
