TS 2017 Upgrade removes DL files in Windows 7
I upgraded from TS2016 to TS 2017 which removed important DL files. Desktop icons no longer work, neither do the items in the start menu. Resetting the system to an earlier date with an TS 2017 reinstall gave the same result. Windows report that the command cannot be executed due the missing DL. I reinstalled the DL, only to be notified that another DL has been removed and so on and on. I'm back to TS2016 with an useless paid version of TS2017.

Please let me know what DLLs are being affected.
I would also advise using the install tool to remove the product from the machine and afterwards installing the 2017.
