Whitelistinging / exclusion from report screen
Allow us to choose exclusion from report screen after scan, it's annoying to have to navigate to settings to whitelist files or folders. Also, give us option to choose what kinds of threats the program detects / alerts, ie. exclude cracks from scanning, I don't think it's the programs business to care if I have those.
