Rescue CD boot_s to GRUB

Hello, My disk is running from a usb disk drive and boot_s to a command line that i assume is GRUB. I cannot get a screen shot but the title is something like "GNU GRUB version 2.02~beta3"
I do have a few commands but in researching how to use the GRUB command line, I realized that none of the usefull commands are implemented. SO I'm not sure how to get this to boot. I have tried a USB drive too but this computer Im fixing wont boot from that at all. I have tested both the CD and the USB stick on another computer and it works fine. Is there anything I can do in this command window?
