in Logs analysis

I recently was given a laptop by a family member and after I restored back to factory settings installed bitdefender and ran virus scans. In the deep system scan it came up with BehavesLike:Trojan.StartPage and whichever option I select to try and remove this it says no action is possible.


Is this a harmful trojan and can somebody help me get rid of it.


I have attached a copy of the log created.
