Adware Agent TAZ: trojan I can't get rid of?

Hello,


I'm currently using Bitdefender Total Security 2015 on Windows 8*64. I've been getting many, many critical errors from Bitdefender, mostly Web Protection issues : attempts at phishing, all of them caused by "Adware Agent TAZ", which is, as i understand from many forums, a trojan, corrupt files detected, updates meet errors, I constantly have pop-ups, real time protection layers are turned off and for a few weeks Bitdefender services were not responding. 


I looked for solutions for the latter and I believe it's fixed (for now), but the rest is a complete mess. Now I believe all of those things are because of that "adware", which is why I am posting this topic in Web Protection. 


Do you have a solution to suggest, files that you need to see in order to help?
