Bitdefender Rescue Kernel

I can't boot the bitdefender rescue image on my computer which has i686 processors.

It tries to load i386 kernel image and fails.

can you please provide startx parameters to select the correct kernel or instructions to edit the config file it uses to identify the kernel.

I notice lots of people having issues with the rescue disk not booting and asking for a password, I believe many of them may be having this same kernel issue.

i logged in with

livecd (no password)

 But startx seems to be stuck on the i386 image
