"Downloading a product" finishes at 100% and then nothing happens


Right after restarting my pc so i could install bitdefender, i signed up, i saw the other bitdefender piece telling me to restart, which i already done, so i closed the pieces. Not only did the one close, the sign up did too. There is no shortcut on my desktop and nothing in my files other than bitdefender_online that begins to download it all over again. I am currently redownloading bitdefender, but is there anyway to get the shortcut?

    As stated in the topic, nothing happens afterwards. Apparently it installs bitdefender agent and bitdefender device manager, but it just doesn't proceed. I have windows defender active(maybe it's the cause). However, the inability to install it happened after my recent infection(before which everything was in a perfect condition). What can be the cause?

    Please provide me with the operating system and its build number.


    Also let me know if you see installer.exe in the Event Viewer in a Bitdefender folder, if yes, give me a copy/paste of the event.


    Alternatively ensure that you have your video drivers up to date and you aren't missing any windows updates. (Windows 7 specifically)

    Windows 10 Home 15063.413 - Because I didn't find it on my pc, I looked on microsoft site, since I have an up-to-date version.


    Alright, so I tried to use Event Viewer, and I looked up how to use it, but I still have no idea how to open folders view. I recentlu updated my windows and video drivers, so it shouldn't be a problem in any case.


     


    One more thing, because my system is not in english, so Event Viewer too - is there any way to change that?

    It would be best that you contact our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool attached. They can afterwards investigate whats causing this issue and assist in resolving it.
