Unavailable Access To Google And Yahoo

Dear Sir.


I use IS.2008, Why I can't access to site even a top level site like yahoo and google, I use win XP (administrator) and my kids be a user, they can not access they gmail account, even I set up the setting for medium level (tennager), they complaint to me, they ages 11 and 9 years old.. I never saw the threaten on google, why it shoul be blocked.


Please give the solution..

    Dear JoJo,


    A possible reason is that you have configured keyword filtering. The problem that can occur is if BitDefender filter finds the specific word you entered the page will automatically being blocked. A filter can't distinguish the real meaning in a certain context.


    BitDefender parental control don't block google or yahoo by default.


    Did you created rules in the privacy control section? More specifically in the identity control section. If so you need to make exceptions
