Need a way to permanently turn off Anti-Spam

In Bitdefender Total Security 2018, I turn off "anti-spam" but it repeatedly turns itself back on.

This is causing me to miss work-related emails and it will be a deal-breaker if it can't be turned off.

I like your product otherwise.

Sorry to hear about the situation you have encountered.

You can remove the Anti-Spam add-on from your email application, that way Bitdefender will not be able to interact with your emails.

I kindly ask you that you also contact our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool to investigate this issue.

Thanks for the answer.

I did find a way to accomplish what I was after. If you turn off "Autopilot," and then turn off the "Antispam" module, it stays off.

With an answer that simple, I feel a bit odd about having started the thread in the first place; however, perhaps having the answer here can save others from encountering the same frustration.
