network issues with webpowerswitches

Hi,


I'm using a Win10 Pro 32 bit laptop with BitDefender Free on it. I'm in a local network and there are too two IP Power bars (webpowerswitches) made by Digital Loggers. Also I have some webcams. Because of BitDefender I cannot see them in a browser but I can ping them. Other devices however I can see. So, as soon I turn BitDefender off, I can see them all in browser. Is there any way to investigate this issue please? Thanks so much!
