BIS 2018 Firewall blocks Media devices and other devices in Windows 8.1

After installing Bitdefender Internet Security 2018 on my laptop with Windows 8.1 x64, I can no longer see my "media devices" ( like smart TV's, media server ) and "other devices" in my network.
I can see the 3 other computers in my workgroup and my network printer but that's it.
When turning off the bitdefender firewall and hitting refresh the "media devices" and "other devices" show up immediately. Laptop is connected through Wifi
Autopilot is off
In the firewall settings: network adapter Wifi is set to home/work
Stealth is off
Bitdefender Engine is 7.73910
Build: 22.0.15.189
It's a bitdefender firewall issue as turning the firewall off or uninstalling Bitdefender completely solves the issue.
Anyone with the same problem ?
