BD Total security 2018 blocking ICMP

Hello
i disabled ICMP in 2017 version which had such an option now i want to enable it again but i cant find anything in latest release therefore i cant ping at all !
adapter is set to Home/Office
stealth mode is off
disabling firewall or set all to allow is not an option
