I have been having some problems with my computer lately - my internet connection has been shaky and bitdefender totally crashed and I have had to reinstall a couple of times.
I have just completed reinstall and I see in the parental control section there are options for my user profile (I only have one profile on this computer as I am only user) but also for another user - Mcx1. This seems suspicious to me, as though something has got access to my computer by creating an administer account. I cannot find any trace of the account anywhere in windows.
Anyone else had this problem and can anyone help me?
