Issue with app being blocked, can't access internet
I'm using Bit Defender 2017. BD identified an app of being potentially threatening. I don't feel that it is. I've used it before and many of my friends use it. It's called UO Assist from Tugsoft. I cannot for the life of me find any way to allow the downloaded file and the application to be deemed safe so that I can use it. I would really appreciate some assistance.
