Web Security Issue

When I power up my Samsung Galaxy 8 cell phone I get this notification:  "web security got disabled by another service" and I have to manually turn it on.  There is no info on what service is the "culprit" Even if Web Security needs to communicate with its server, shouldn't it turn on as soon as the phone is actively connected via 4G or WiFi?

    I have the same problem on my Galaxy Tab S3 but my web security is on when I check. No problems on my S8 +

    Hi,


    So as you can see below, the web security issue. This happens every time I turn on my Galaxy Tab S3 (running Android 7.0), it does not happen on my S8 +. I have checked the app to see if web security is enabled and it is. I've had my tablet since it was released (April 2017) and started happening since November. What is the issue?! :huh:
