Windows Security Center reports That both bitdefender firewall and antivirus are turned off

I was browsing the Internet for 3 hours and then I noticed that action center is reporting that bitdefender firewall and bitdefender antivirus both are tuned off but I opened bitdefender and bitdefender is reporting protected so what ? Does that mean I was browsing the Internet without a firewall ?

This is a known issue in which Windows wrongfully reports that the antivirus is not active, even when it is.
