I cannot download any of the online poker sites.


A message stating 'Connection Problems' pops onto the screen.


I check my Internet connection immediately after this message. But it seems that the connection is ok.


It's gotta be a problem with my firewall.


Does anyone know what I can do to remedy it?

    Does it work with the firewall disabled?


    Also, please state what firewall you're using (BitDefender, or something else). If it's BitDefender, please post the version (AV Plus or IS).


    Also, a link to a page with problems won't hurt.

    it could also be an advertisement that will convince you to buy their software. If there is something wrong with your connection than you must see an icon near your system clock with an error message. If that isn't the case than it's just a popup. Did you enabled the privacy control in BitDefender? Because sometimes that could cause also problems. Open BitDefender go to antispyware,adjusted level and uncheck privacy control. See if that works.
