Firewall blocking NetBIOS

Not sure if it's netbios but that is my guess, when Bitdefenders firewall is up i can't access any device in my network by it host name, i have NAS synology server with smb on which i used to connect by typing \\synology in File Explorer i can still connect by typing IP address \\192.168.1.200. I added firewall rule where i allow traffic for any application, any network type, any protocol, both directions. When i turn off firewall everything works fine.
