I am trying to straighten out a mess. While troubleshooting a problem, we uninstalled bitdefender on the primary computer. That appears to have deleted the account. This was a three user account with about 800 days left.
The name on the account was Patricia Tucker and the email that was used was: firstname.lastname@example.org
When we try to logon using this email, the error message states that bitdefender does not recognize the email address.
Of course we need to get this straightened out in order to reinstall bitdefender.
