C:\...\hijackthis.exe Not A Valid Application Win32

Hi,

bitdefender got allarmed while connecting a usb-stick

but the pc crashed and after restart i can't restart bitdefender anymore;

it says: "..not a valid application win32"

reinstall (also from bitdefender internetsecurity v10 cd) doesn't work either.

it says i've no admin rights...

Now after your request to start HijackThis.exe

it says the same thing: "..not a valid application win32"

what can i do ?

Did you try to run Hijackthis in Safe Mode ?

Please download the rescue cd-rom. You can find it here. You need to burn it as an bootable image or as an image in your burning software. Read the following instructions and print them. Put in the just created cd-rom reboot your pc.
