Has anyone tried to cancel during the trial and not been able to?


Has anyone tried to cancel during the trial and not been able to?  I am in the trial and want to cancel, but I can't figure out how to do it.  I have emailed Bitdefender at least twice, but they haven't replied.   So much for customer service.  I am afraid they will charge my card at the end of the trial, and I don't want to have to do a transaction dispute.
