Ransomware Setup for OneDrive and iCloud

I have whitelisted the exe file for oneDrive and iCloud, however, the setup will be failed after reboot, I need to disable the function and restart the computer (and enable and perform the setup again).

Is there any guideline about set up this online driver correctly?
