Hi /index.php?/profile/212852-sergiu-c/&do=hovercard" data-mentionid="212852" href="<___base_url___>/index.php?/profile/212852-sergiu-c/" rel="">@Sergiu C. I was able to follow the instructions but this does not resolve the issue in any browser on my machine. I have to disable "Encrypted web scan" option to be able to continue using the internet. Any other suggestions?

Were any browsers or email clients open when you tried? If they were, please try the steps again, but with all browsers/email clients closed.

Hello /index.php?/profile/212852-sergiu-c/&do=hovercard" data-mentionid="212852" href="<___base_url___>/index.php?/profile/212852-sergiu-c/" rel="" style="color:#ffffff;font-size:12.6px;padding:0px 5px;">@Sergiu C. , I'm afraid that makes no difference. Also don't your installers have some way of checking whether certificates have been applied successfully or not, and if not, advising user there has been an issue with the upgrade. I spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out why I could not access certain websites after the move to 2019 version.0
