IDM can't work properly and get downloaded files with 2019 version?!

When I update Internet Security to 2019 version, Internet Download Manager (IDM) can't work correctly and download files with stable speed like before I use the 2018 version. the speed is changes and stops! I set the number connection to 4, but just one or two connection create, not four. I checked with different file extensions and websites. Don't use VPN or proxy while I download it. I don't have this issue with the 2018 version. In the Firewall section, IDM is allowed to connect to the Internet. Sometimes IDM work well and download a file with normal speed, but at the end of the download file, the speed comes to near zero and stopped and can't go further to finish file! My IDM copy is legal and uses licence and up to date to the last version.
