Can't open specific website with vpn on

When vpn is on I cant access website(https://www.skroutz.gr/)
No matter which browser i use i can't open this website. When vpn is off i connect .
So far this is the only website creating problems. Can anyone suggest something. So far i disabled firewall from router ,changed DNS servers ,but nothing.
