Help with Firewall

After a reboot bitdefender firewall is blocking all internet access. No programs can connect even though they are set to allow. I have to disable firewall to do anything.

I have tried uninstall and reinstall, they did not help.

Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

  • Found part of the issue. Every reboot it sets the "all applications" firewall rule to blocked. Somewhat annoying.

advising a user which maybe using public wifi to allow port scans and use all connections as home seems dangerous... If the OP was using public wifi and visited a http page their information can be intercepted in plain text very easily

    Hello,

The settings from above are for a Home connection and not for a public one. Even if the Firewall is set to Home/Office this does not mean that all connections are allowed.
