How much to go from Internet S. to Total S.

I've recently became concerned about malware (not any specific threat just in general) and was wondering how much it would cost to go from Internet Security 2019 to Total Security 2019....I emailed Support and got an automated response related to tech support and the sales agents are never available on chat. I looked it up online (or so I thought) and it seems like the same price ($44.99 or $49.99?); is there really no discount for upgrading it's the same as buying the bigger product outright?
