item was ignored

I repeatedly receive a message regarding a file in my "temp" folder in windows 10. bitdefender informs me that "item was ignored". does this mean that bitdefender has rejected it? So, i can just ignore the message? It seems that the files arrive in my temp folder. also, on occasion this continues for some time. why are these files arriving? how can i prevent this? files appear to be trojans. AOCH. Thanks.

Please send us an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com with a screenshot of the detection, a BDSYS log and any relevant details you may recall as to what causes the detection to occur ( eg: opening your prefered browser, opening a specific application, booting up, etc) so that we can help.
