Quick Access Jump LIsts being deleted

I have been using Bitdefender Total Protection for about two years now and I have not had any real problems until recently.  My Quick Access links in Windows Explorer keep getting deleted.  I did some searching online and see that other security application have noted something about excluding Jump Lists from the privacy eraser.  I don't see anything in Biddefender.  Does anyone know how to resolve this as I'm getting to the point that I am about to delete Bitdefender since it removes these a few minutes after I reboot.

How do you know that Bitdefender Total Security (BDTS) is responsible for erasing your Windows Explorer jump lists?

I have used BDTS for years now and I have never encountered that issue, nor have I heard of it being reported here previously, and I have been coming here daily for years.

Some more information might help to identify and resolve your issue.
